• Assistance with flight changes, cancellations, and refunds

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline or travel supplier.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods
• A service fee may apply to certain bookings
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email once payment is processed

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type. Most discounted fares are non-refundable. Before cancelling, please review the fare rules associated with your booking.

• Refundable tickets may be cancelled for a full or partial refund minus applicable fees
• Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded but may be eligible for a travel credit
• Our service fee is non-refundable in all cases
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–21 business days

5. Flight Changes

Changes to confirmed bookings (such as date, time, or route changes) are subject to airline policies and availability. Change fees may apply from both the airline and Skyteam Travels LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skyteam Travels LLC acts solely as an agent for airlines and travel suppliers. We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings
• Denied boarding or visa/entry issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific booking in question.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Make fraudulent bookings or payments
• Interfere with the operation of our website
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to cancel bookings and refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
